New Zealand is currently at Alert Level 1, which means that the Men's Retreat can proceed this year as normal, but what Covid Alert Level changes?

Level 4 & 3:
At these level's the Retreat will not be able to proceed and we will have to cancel. Should this happen then any registration fee's that have been paid will be fully refunded to you. Any travel expenses that you have booked will not be able to to be reimbursed by Body Positive however, so you will need to contact the airline directly to ask about what will happen in this case.
Level 2: The Retreat will be able to proceed at this level, however we may need to make some adjustments to the programme. We understand that some people may not feel comfortable travelling or attending at Level 2, so anyone who wishes to cancel will have their registration fee refunded.
